A refundable deposit of R10 000 is payable to FFASA upon joining the Duratec

Vehicle preparation & Sundries (Variable costs)
Preparation costs dependant on whether you maintain the vehicle yourself or hire a professional
Sundries will include but not limited to:
- Fuel - amount used / season depend on how much testing & how often replaced during year
- Brake Pads (approx R800.00 / set ) you will need approx 8 sets / season)
- Oil Filters (approx. three oil changes per year-fully synthetic and filter R360.00 / change)
Other things you will need if you don't already have:
- Racing overalls
- Clothing
- Tow vehicle/Trailer (to tow your vehicle to events)
